Front/Back Accra is a members' club hidden away in The Container Art Gallery. The gallery's artistic inspiration runs throughout the venue, with the decor, cultural programming and menus all inspired by the African Diaspora. The club is split across three spaces, The Restaurant, The Library and The Terrace, each with an individual feel, but when it comes to the drinks, the list is compact but effective.

We helped to establish the next phase of Front/Back, developing a new brand identity to increase notoriety and brand recognition.

Accra's Private Members Club

Front/Back has a unique position where it offers much more than meals, but an opportunity to stimulate your mind through its library and art gallery. The brand refresh was curated to extend this message, a space where the ambience is nicely balanced between modern and ethnic, a perfect blend for a great time out. The team worked on a brand strategy, brand identity, art direction, photography, UX and visual design.

Patterns & Icons

The team skillfully developed an icon set and brand patterns inspired by the backslash logo. These elements exude sleekness and modernity, serving as distinctive identifiers for the brand.

Website

Subsequently, we developed a website aimed at educating newcomers about Front/Back's membership options while effectively communicating the restaurant's message. The website is designed to welcome visitors and entice them to personally immerse themselves in the restaurant's inviting ambiance.
